ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER

Your duties and tasks:
Reporting to a Projects Manager, you will be responsible for various duties and tasks such as:
- Customer e-mail management
- Billing management
- Online data integrator
- Hotline management (outgoing/incoming call)
- Back-office management for an online travel agency

Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree or Master\'s degree
- English & French fluent speaking and writing
- Experience in outsourcing services will be a good asset

Your skills:
- Rigorous, autonomous, proactive
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- At ease with the web culture
- Fully computer and ICT literate
